Prof Tony Moynihan book,'Coping with IS/IT Risk Management', published

Prof Tony Moynihan from Computer Applications has recently published a book entitled 'Coping with IS/IT Risk Management : The theories-of-action of experienced project managers.'
The book is aimed at IT professionals who develop and install IT 'solutions' for client organisations. The book focuses on the 'recipes' that successful IT project managers use to cope with problems such as unrealistic client expectations, lack of project ownership, disagreement about project objectives, hidden agendas, nasty politics etc. The book also looks at the recipes that experienced IT project managers use to address the most frequently-occurring technical risks that projects can be exposed to e.g risks associated with the use of immature technologies, and so on.
