The Helix added another name to its growing list of famous visitors last Thursday when Irish superstars The Corrs performed a very secret gig for competition winners from the Far East.

The lucky winners were flown into Dublin for the special gig which took place in the Helix's intimate Space studio theatre in front of an audience of less than 100. The band delighted the crowd by opening with new single Summer Sunshine before showcasing tracks from their new album Borrowed Heaven. Their brief set included a couple of trad influenced instrumentals before closing with Breathless. After the gig the band joined the lucky competition winners at a post gig reception where they chatted with fans, signed autographs and posed for pictures.
