The Single Public Service Pension Scheme provide CPI-linked defined benefit pensions based on career-averaged pay.
Target Audience: Employees who commenced employment in the public sector for the first time or rejoined the public sector after a break of more than 26 weeks from 1st January 2013.
Purpose of Information Session:
This information session will provide you with an overview of your benefit and entitlements under the terms of the Single Public Service Pension Scheme. This will include the following:
- Retirements: Normal, Ill-health, Cost-Neutral
- Death-in-service benefits
- Purchase & Transfer facility
- Pension and Lump sum accruals
- Contributions
