At Dublin City University, the Employee Relations team is dedicated to fostering a dynamic and supportive workplace culture. Working alongside the DCU People Business Partners, we aim to empower managers and staff with solution-focused guidance on employee-related matters.

From providing expert advice on grievance and disciplinary matters to coaching managers in effective people management, we're committed to upholding best practices in every aspect of employee relations. 

We also play a vital role in facilitating change initiatives, promoting early engagement with staff, and working closely with representatives from both SIPTU and IFUT to cultivate strong engagement with our trade unions.
