The Office of Government Procurement has established a framework agreement for the following:
The provision of individual external ICT technical resources, to fulfil specific role(s) to deliver ICT Technical Support Services (for example where DCU requires a particular ICT technical role to augment its in-house capacity on an ad-hoc needs basis) and
The provision of teams of external ICT technical resources, to augment the in-house capacity to deliver ICT projects and/or ICT support services
