The Central Procurement Team has established a Panel (or pre-approved list) of suitably qualified professional conference organisers.
Additional suppliers may apply to join this panel on an ongoing basis.
Professional Conference Organisers must first be appointed through this Panel before any agreement to provide services is entered into. No other approved Procurement Route (such as seeking qoutes) should be used unless it is arranaged through this Panel.
Staff must contact the Central DCU Procurement Team to discuss their requirements before entering into an agreement with a supplier.
Services that can be accessed from the panel by way of consultation with one or member panel members or through a quotation or similiar competitive process.
