For the past two months children from different classes in 4 Dublin schools have been participating in the FIRST® LEGO® League JR. Challenge (Creature Craze)  in Ireland

For the Creature Craze challenge the children, working in teams had to:

  • Choose an animal that lives within the same habitat as a honey bee.
  • Research their chosen animal and its habitat.
  • Design, build and programme an interactive LEGO® model to demonstrate what they have learned
  • Design a visual display to demonstrate their research and what they have learned

On Saturday 11th February, from 10.30 – 12.30  over a 100 students from these Dublin Schools will present and discuss their projects that they have been working on as part of the FIRST® LEGO® League JR. Challenge.    It promises to be an inspiring event so please do call in.
