Academic biography

Janine Bosak is a Full Professor in Organisational Psychology at Dublin City University Business School. Janine served as Executive Committee Member of the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (EAWOP) from 2017 to 2022 and she is currently serves as elected PDW chair of the Academy of Management (AOM) Careers Division (executive board).

She completed her PhD with summa cum laude at the Department for Psychology, University of Bern (Switzerland). During her doctorate, Janine worked at the Northwestern University (USA) and at the University of Cambridge (UK) as a visiting research scholar. Prior to joining DCU as a lecturer in 2009, she also worked at the Universities of Bern and Fribourg in Switzerland and she was a visiting Research Fellow at Boston University/USA in 2015 and a James M. Flaherty Visiting Professor at HEC Montreal/Canada in 2016. Janine is currently a Visiting Professor at the Capital University of Economics and Business in Beijing/China.
