Biography:

Margaret is a lecturer in HRM at Dublin City University Business School and Programme Director of the Masters in Human Resource Management. Prior to DCU she lectured in the Department of Management at NUI Galway. She also worked as a Research Fellow at the University of Limerick from 1999-2002, managing the Irish Management Institute/University of Limerick strategic leadership research programme. This research culminated in the publication of 'Managing Knowledge based Organisations' (Blackwell, 2003), which she co-authored.

Margaret is a member of the LInK research centre at DCU and a research associate of the Centre for Innovation and Structural Change at NUI Galway. A former Irish American Partnership Scholar, she completed an M.B.S. by research at the University of Limerick. Margaret is a FAS accredited trainer and a Chartered member of CIPD, committee member of the Irish Industrial Relations Association and member of the Irish Academy of Management and the Academy of Management.
