Biography:

Patrick C. Flood is Professor of Organizational Behaviour at Dublin City University, Head of the HRM Group and a Deputy Director of the LINK Research Centre. He is also Honorary Professor of Management at Northeastern University, China and Academic Fellow at Judge Business School, University of Cambridge. Patrick held positions at the London Business School and University of Limerick and appointments at the Australian Graduate School of Management, IMI, London School of Economics and the University of Maryland. His teaching and research has been recognised with awards for excellence. He has held fellowships from the Fulbright Commission, EU HUMCAP and the British Council. He has generated 1.4m in research income and grants. His two new leadership books are forthcoming with Wiley and Blackhall.  Recent executive education clients include Cambridge University, Irish Distillers Ltd. and Pirelli (Milan). He is a Consulting Editor of the Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology.
