Releasing Microdata

When processing a Freedom of Information request, the DCU Freedom of Information Unit applies procedures for releasing records that would disclose microdata about individuals. 

These procedures are as follows:  

1. All records that involve data on less than five individuals will be redacted or withheld.
2. Further to subsection (1) above, where records relate to sensitive information, records that involve data on less than ten individuals will be redacted or withheld.
