Founder and Programme Director of DCU''s MSc in Public Relations & Strategic Communications and former Director of the BA in Communication Studies, the BA in Journalism and the BSc in Multimedia.
Lecturer at DCU's School of Communications, teaching a variety of modules in communication, journalism and public relations at undergraduate and postgraduate level. Also designed and delivered communication-related modules in DCUBS, the School of Nursing and the School of Computing.
A former Deputy Head of School and Teaching & Learning Convenor, as well as service on on many university committees and working groups, including Operational Excellence Working Group, Education Committee, Academic Council, Teaching & Learning, Marketing, Disability Admissions, Virtual & Online Learning, Admissions and Student Fees Finance Controls.
