Any maintenance queries should be raised by using the web based maintenance call out system. Please click here to go the system. Any queries should initially be raised by calling the helpdesk at extension 5142 or emailing us at Helpdesk.Estates@dcu.ie.

The helpdesk line is available during office hours and the line is available 24 hours (Please leave a message on the voicemail if the line is engaged or your call is out of normal office hours). The Estates Office is now open Monday to Thursday from 9:00am to 1pm and from 2:00pm to 5:30pm and Friday 5:00pm close.
