Professor David CollingsProfessor of Human Resource Management at Dublin City University David Collings (PhD, Limerick) is Professor of Human Resource Management at DCU. He is also a Visiting Professor of HRM at Kings College London. Prior to joining DCU, he held faculty positions at the National University of Ireland, Galway and the University of Sheffield. From September 2014 he will be Senior Editor HRM and Talent Management at the Journal of World Business. He is also the editor (joint) of the Human Resource Management Journal and former editor of Irish Journal of Management and permanent Chair of the EIASM workshop on talent management. In 2014 he was named by HR Magazine as one of the 20 Most Influential International Thinkers in the field of HRM. |

Professor Patrick FloodProfessor of Organisational Behaviour, DCU Business School Patrick C. Flood is Professor of Organizational Behaviour at Dublin City University. He is an expert on organizational behaviour, leadership development and change management. His research work focuses on the impact of leadership and management practice on organisational performance especially in professional service firms and hospitals. |

Dr Claire GubbinsLecturer in Human Resource Management Claire is a Senior Lecturer of Organisational Behaviour & HRM at DCU, Director of DCU's Executive MBA Programme, Associate Editor for Human Resource Development Quarterly (an SSCI listed journal) and Deputy Director of LINK Research Institute (Knowledge and Learning). She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD), the US Academy of Management, the Academy of Human Resource Development (AHRD) and the University Forum for HRD (UFHRD). Prior to this, Claire was a Fulbright Scholar at Carnegie Mellon University USA, Senior Research Fellow on the Irish Centre for Manufacturing Research (ICMR) project on Tacit Knowledge Management, Learning and Systems, a Senior Research Fellow at the Enterprise Research Centre with the University of Limerick working in collaboration with Trinity College Dublin on the ICMR project on Training and Training Information Support. |

Dr Brian HarneyLecturer in Strategy and Human Resource Management Brian Harney is a Lecturer in Strategy and HRM at DCU Business School and Deputy Director (Knowledge) of the LInK research centre (http://www.link.dcu.ie). Brian completed his PhD at the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge. Prior to this Brian held a lecturing position at the National University of Ireland, Galway. Brian is a Fellow of the Cambridge European Society and a recipient of the Guinness/Irish Management Institute Sir Charles Harvey Medal. In 2010 Brian received a DCU President's award for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (nominee 2011 and 2013). In 2012 he was nominated for the DCU President's award for Civic Engagement. |
