Non-violent Resistance Conference

The French Society of Irish Studies conference on "Non-violent resistance: Irreverence and counter discourse in Irish culture", takes place next week, from 10-12 March, in the Helix.

All plenary sessions are free of charge, so there is no need to register. A quick e-mail (agnes.maillot@dcu.ie) confirming which session(s) you intend to attend is sufficient.

If you would like to attend more than these sessions, the full 3-day rate rate is 60 euro and the daily rate is 25 euro.

Further details on the programme, speakers and registration can be found at: http://dcunonviolentresistance.voog.com/

The conference is free for all the DCU Faculty's postgrad students, so I would appreciate it if you could forward the information. Postgrads do need to register online if they intend to attend more than one or two sessions.
