Registry - Replacement ID Cards

This is a two-step process:

1. Make a Payment
   A replacement card can be issued for a fee of €25. Payment must be made online at:
   https://dcu.sybernetsps.ie/dcupayments/dcu/

2. Submit a Request
   Once payment is made, please contact the Registry team through the Registry Online Query Form, and include the following information:

   • Your payment reference number

   • Your Student ID number or Date of Birth

   • Whether you would like to collect the card from the Registry Office or have it posted to you

You will receive an email notification once your new card is ready.

Alternatively, you may visit the Registry Office in person on campus.
Please note: The Registry Office does not accept cash. Credit or debit card payments only.
