The visit spanned the period September 2001 until December 2001.
Joint research project involving the formation and structural characterisation
of ultra thin cobalt films supported on Cu{100} and surface alloy formation.
The experimental work carried out at DCU and subsequent analysis in Helsinki
formed the basis of Mr Sainio's MSc thesis "Initial Growth of Co
on Cu{100}", May 2001.
