Lorraine Heffernan
Lorraine Heffernan - Office Manager
Lorraine is responsible for the management, planning and delivery of professional services by the President’s Office administration team. She provides leadership across the full range of responsibilities of the office to ensure that administrative processes and resources are managed effectively and delivered to the highest quality standards, in line with the overall strategic objectives of the President’s Office.

Jane Neville - Assistant to the President
Jane is responsible for providing administrative support to the President, including diary management, preparation of agenda and meeting papers, travel and accommodation, and hospitality arrangements. She provides secretariat support for the University’s Executive and Senior Management Group (SMG).

Yvonne Duff - Executive Assistant
Yvonne is the first point of contact for general queries to the President’s Office, and for information regarding reserved parking areas of Albert College (DCU Glasnevin Campus) and Belvedere House (DCU St Patrick's Campus). She is responsible for records and archive management at DCU President's Office, and also administers its purchasing requirements.

Jennifer O'Toole - PA to the Deputy President
Jennifer is responsible for providing administrative support to the Deputy President, including diary management, preparation of agenda and meeting papers, travel and accommodation, and hospitality arrangements. She provides secretariat support to the University's Budget Committee and Heads and Deans Group.

Dr Jean Hughes
Dr Jean Hughes - Director of Strategic Initiatives
Jean works with the Deputy President across a range of strategic projects and initiatives, within the university and those in collaboration with sectoral, regional, national and international partners.
