Overview: Short overview of the main research areas and expertise in the school; mention a little bit about each of the headings (b to g) and link each section to the relevant page where more information can be found. Some text and a diagram may be the best way to depict this information. This is to be a short and concise summary rather than a lengthy document that will duplicate information contained in other pages.
Research interests and expertise: This section outlines the different specialisms in the School and dedicates a paragraph(pdf, 1mb) for each one of them, cross referencing to the relevant centres, groups or academics’ webpages.
Centres and groups: No need to have one page for centres and another for groups – give the information some coherence by having them all in the same page. There should be a small introductory paragraph for each centre or group and a heading for each that links to the centre or group website as appropriate.
Technologies and facilities: These pages should contain information about platform technologies, specialised resources and equipment facilities available in the School and associated centres that may be of interest to other academics or to enterprise collaborators
