EU-full-time postgraduate programmes payment of programme fees
To secure your place at DCU you must pay a deposit of €500 towards your fee. This payment must be received by DCU
- no later than two weeks after the offer reply date indicated by the Postgraduate Applications Centre (PAC); or if earlier
- the time of presentation for registration

Details of the full fees for the programme will be indicated on the fees website Programme Costs and Times For Payment page as soon as they are available in early August 11
Students Commencing in February 2011
Please note that students commencing in February 2011 are liable to the fees set for the academic year 2010/2011.
Students Commencing in September 2011
Please note that students commencing in September 2011 are liable to the fees set for the academic year 2011/2012. Candidates should note that the fees for the academic year 2011/2012 are not normally set until the end of July 2011. These fees will be posted on the Programme Costs and Times For Payment page as soon as they are available.
Programmes Qualifying under the Graduate Skills Conversion Fund
Some programmes qualify under the Graduate Skills Conversion Fund where a reduced fee applies. For 2011/2012 the fee payable for programmes qualifying under the scheme is €2,750. Candidates should note that the fees for the academic year 2011/2012 are not normally set until the end of July 2011. These fees will be posted on the Programme Costs and Times For Payment page as soon as they are available.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
You can choose from any of the following methods of payment:
- By Bank Transfer
Payment by bank transfer to the following account:

The original receipt should be retained for your own records which you will also be asked to produce at registration.
- By Credit Card
Please contact our Finance Office at + 353-1-700 5153 or + 353-1-700 8302. Please indicate details of your name, Postgraduate Applications Centre (PAC) Application Number and your programme.
- By Bank Draft
Payment may be made by bankers draft payable to "Dublin City University". Please print details of your name, Postgraduate Applications Centre (PAC) Application Number and your programme on the back of the bank draft. The bank draft should be posted to Student Fees, Finance Office, Dublin City University, Dublin 9.
You should keep a copy of the bank draft for your own records.
Higher Education/Local Authority Grants
Students applying for Higher Education Grants (see below) should note the following:
- The Student Centre Levy of €38 is NOT covered under the Higher Education / Local Authority grants schemes and must be paid when accepting your offer.
- You must obtain a copy of a letter from their Local Authority confirming that the grant will be paid. You should present this letter at Registration. If you cannot present this letter at Registration you will be expected to pay the first instalment and the Finance Office will organize for a reimbursement of same after the grant has been processed.
Employer Funding
Applicants who are being funded by their employers may enclose written confrmation to this effect from their employer. DCU Fees Office will organise an invoice for the relevant fees due. This must be done prior to the student's registration.
HIGHER EDUCATION GRANTS SCHEME
Students who are resident within the European Union may qualify for grant assistance under the Higher Education Grant schemes. Applicants are assessed for eligibility on the basis of their means/income.
