Duties
- Project management of University examinations including producing examination timetables for University examinations, recruitment and training of invigilators and liaison with the disability office regarding examination procedures for students with disabilities
- Validation of Academic Structure on ITS (assessment detail)
- Assists with the planning and preparation for the University's conferring ceremonies, e.g. University parchments
- Manages the deferral of examinations process and the co-ordination of medical certificates and extenuating circumstances records
