General Duties
- Assist with the preparations for the University examinations e.g. booking rooms, ordering appropriate stationery, organising venue set-up and attendance lists
- Provide assistance with co-ordinating the receipt of examination papers from faculties and the process of preparing and printing papers for University examinations
- Liaise with examiners on the procedures for checking examination papers and the collection of examination scripts
- Assist with ensuring that the appropriate arrangements for students with disabilities are in place for examinations
- Liaise with faculties regarding obtaining electronic copies of examination papers for display on the Registry website after each diet of examinations
- Provide support for activities relating to post graduate research and external examiners e.g. circulation of thesis, letters of appointment and payment of fees and expenses for external examiners
- Process and record autumn (repeat) examination forms and fees
- Keep a record of examination deferrals, medical certs and extenuating circumstances and communicating this information to faculties
- Assist with the publication of examination results e.g. printing transcripts
