Biography

I joined DCU in 2005 and previously worked in Luton University and Oxford Brookes University. I received my PhD in Anthropology from NUI Maynooth, an MSc in Social Anthropology in Child Development from Brunel University, a BSc in Education from Manchester University and a Diploma in Clinical Pharmacology from Royal College of Surgeons, . I hold qualifications in General, Children's and Neonatal nursing. I represent DCU on FACiLiTATE the National Problem Based Learning organisation. I am the Chairperson of Súgradh, a registered charity promoting the child's right to play in Ireland.
