Dr. Catherine M. Faherty is Assistant Professor of Enterprise at DCU Business School. Prior to joining DCU she was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, USA. Her research focuses on trust dynamics in organizational contexts, specifically family-owned enterprises.  Her research has won several international awards, including the Frederic M. Jablin Award from the International Leadership Association, and was runner-up for the Grigor McClelland Award from the Society for the Advancement of Management Studies. Catherine’s research has been published in a variety of peer-reviewed scholarly outlets, including Academy of Management Perspectives, Journal of Management Studies, Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice and Journal of Business Ethics. Catherine is a founding member of the Centre for Family Business at Dublin City University.
