DCU Business School.

Research interests include Trust in the Workplace in particular how trust is developed and maintained over time. Also individual Self-Regulation of thought, emotion and action in the workplace.

Finian leads several dedicated DCU programmes focused on Small to Medium Size Enterprise growth and scaling. Each of these programme involves the engagement of the top management team of up to 18 small firms at a time.
