My background is in high performance sport as a coach and coach developer.  I aim for a pracademic perspective in my work, the intention being to influence and promote evidence informed practice. As such, the focus of my research spans across performance enhancement in sport, specifically in coaching, coach development, high performance and talent development.


My previous roles include coaching at Leicester Tigers and pathway coaching lead at the English Institute of Sport. I continue to coach at Wasps RFC academy. I also work as a coach developer with a portfolio of work across Olympic sport, professional football and rugby union.
