Current research interests
I am interested in quality-of-life, well-being, and community/civic participation, their qualities, and particularly how these may change across the lifespan or how they interact with ageing, cognitive impairment, disability, or exposure to precarious life conditions. Some of this work intersects with human rights, deinstitutionalisation, and democratization of health & social care.
I maintain an interest in psychoprosthetics, or the psychology/neuropsychology of amputation/limb loss.
I also have a keen interest in researchers' own well-being, precarious conditions, and participation.
