Fire Warden Training

DCU has a dedicated team of volunteer Fire Wardens who assist in the safe evacuation of buildings in the event of a fire alarm activation. Fire Warden Training is delivered twice each year, and all staff are welcome to participate.

The training includes both theoretical and practical elements, including hands-on instruction in the safe use of fire extinguishers.

Course Duration: Half day (approximately three hours, either morning or afternoon).
