Volunteer Helpdesk

Taking place every second Tuesday in the U Building from 12-2pm, the Volunteer Helpdesk provides a chance for a charitable or civic organisation, or local community group, to chat with students face-to-face.

The Volunteer Helpdesk provides a space for volunteer-involving organisations to increase students' awareness of their cause, gain valuable volunteers, and encourage students to get involved in something they are passionate about.

In the 2025/2026 academic year so far, we have welcomed the following organisations to our Helpdesk:

  • ALONE
  • Dublin Community Support
  • Saint Vincent de Paul
  • SERVE in Solidarity
  • StudentVolunteer.ie
