We invite you to join us for Teams that Thrive, a special event to launch the DCU Access to the Workplace programme for 2023. The event will explore why building diverse teams is good for people, business and society, and how organisations can create a high performance culture that enables diverse teams to thrive.

Our fantastic speaker inputs will include:

  • Championing Workplace Equality and Belonging with Sonya Lennon, Social entrepreneur, fashion designer and Founder of WorkEqual
  • Building a High Performance Team and Culture with Jonny Cooper, People and Change Manager at KPMG, and 7-time All-Ireland winning Dublin senior footballer
  • A panel discussion with Access to the Workplace student interns and participating companies on their Access to the Workplace experience in 2022.
