Social Media Link Request Form

Linking a social media account from your faculty, school or department website requires prior approval from Communications & Marketing to ensure that the account is in compliance with the university's Social Media guidelines. Requests may only come from a faculty head, school head, department head, or other designated site editor.

Links to Social Media accounts should only appear directly underneath the left hand navigation of your site. This is set up by ISS upon request from Communications & Marketing once your request has been reviewed.

You may not include graphic links, widgets or embed any social media account related code anywhere else on your site.

To submit your social media accounts for review, please fill in the form below. A member of the Communications & Marketing staff will get in touch if they have further questions, otherwise a member of ISS staff will contact you to confirm that the links have been added to your site.
