A talk on 'Giving Peace a Chance: The work of the Peace with Ireland Council'

The Centre for Religion, Human Values, and International Relations, Dublin City University organised a lecture titled ‘Giving Peace a Chance: The work of the Peace with Ireland Council’ by Dr Angus Mitchell on 22nd November at 5.30pm on All Hallows Campus, DCU, Drumcondra. The event started with an introduction by Prof Daire Keogh, President of DCU, followed by the lecture. Mr Phil Wheatley, former Director-General of the Prison Service of England and Wales and Dr Martin Mansergh, former Minister and key adviser on the peace process to successive Taoisigh were the responders to the presentation by Dr Mitchell.
