With the support of the National Council for the Professional Development of Nursing Midwifery, and the Office of the Vice President for Learning and Innovation, the School of Nursing is developing a pilot project for elearning and mixed mode delivery of selected modules

An increasing number of modules are now being taught using mixed mode delivery, using both traditional methods and the use of the new technologies.

Loop - an open source platform Learning Management System (LMS) provides the integrated, user-friendly, platform for web-based dissemination, communication, and interaction between academic staff, tutors, demonstrators and students. It is being used in a wide variety of ways to complement traditional, face-to-face teaching.
