For many students’ university offers a fun and independent new experience. However, this is not without some challenges. With the stress of trying to keep up with your studies as well as keep up with your social life, it’s natural to feel a little overwhelmed. Students are particularly vulnerable to mental health struggles as they're often living away from home and dealing with the stresses of adult life for the first time.

For this reason, this webinar will look at why mental wellbeing is important on this journey to success, What are some warning signs and where to go for help. Finally, we will look at 3 easy skills to use when things get difficult.
