Careers Service Fair 2023

DCU Careers Service are delighted to host their Careers Service Fair in October 2023 in the HELIX, DCU Glasnevin Campus.  Following feedback from students and employers, this year there will be two separate sectoral fairs

Times: 11.30am - 2.30pm 

Wednesday 4th October - Science, Technology, Engineering 

Thursday 5th October - Accounting, Finance, Law, Business related disciplines, languages    

Cost: Early Bird/Standard

Early bird offering:  €630 (ex VAT) offer valid until 14th July

Standard cost €700 (ex VAT) valid from 15th July

Each company will be offered 1 x 4ft table and 2 chairs 

Lunch will be provided for employers along with refreshments in the morning

No power sockets / cables are available, please ensure your laptop/devices are charged in advance

To Make Your Booking, please go to MyCareer.dcu.ie and search for the event  

Bookings open 12th June.  Places are on a first come first served basis.  Your company stand will not be confirmed until reviewed by Careers Service and payment details are provided.

Payment Process: 

Payment for the Careers Fair is via an invoice only and funds can be transferred through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). 

Please provide your PO number at the time of booking.

You will find DCU bank account details on the sales invoice when it is issued to you.

If your company uses a specific electronic payment system, you will be asked to provide the relevant link to this payment portal.

Please note: If you are a charity or not-for-profit organisation, this section does not apply to you.

Cancellation & Refunds Policy:

Please note - Early Bird Offer - this offer is open until Friday 14th July - full price will be charged after this date. It is at our discretion to waiver any fees. 

Should you wish to cancel your attendance, written notice is required at least 30 calendar days in advance of the event in order to receive a half refund. Full fee is charged for cancellations of less than 30 calendar days notice before the event.  No refunds can be issued after the event.

It is advisable to take a taxi during semester.

There is parking available in the multi-storey carpark. However, during semester time, parking is very limited on campus.
