All schools must sign the following

A DIPA has been completed on the DCU CSN and the overall level of risk to the data subject rights and freedoms was classified as low. 

 

DPU/GDPR/Ethical compliance: All schools have signed the following compliance forms:

Board and principal

  • Data Privacy Statement

  • Data Sharing and Data Processing Agreement

  • Primary School Information Sheet and Consent form

Teachers

  • Teachers Informed Consent

  • Teachers Plain Language Statement

  • Change leader consent

 

Children- this is for the classes who are involved in the 2 research questions

  • Child assent and information

 

Parents of children in the two classes

  • Parents informed consent

  • Parents plain language statement

 

 

Schools are provided with onsite CPD on GDPR by the DPU here in DCU
