Academic biography

Dr Marissa Condon received a first class honours BE in 1995 from the National University of Ireland in Galway. She received her PhD in 1998 from the National University of Ireland. She worked in the National Grid of the Electricity Supply Board of Ireland from September 1998 until March 2000. She is a university lecturer in the School of Electronic Engineering in DCU since March 2000. Her research interests include numerical modelling techniques, the analysis and simulation of nonlinear systems and the transient analysis and simulation of high-frequency circuits.  She was an SFI PI for the Investigator Programme Grant - SMART - Simulation and Modelling techniques for Application in Radio Frequency Technology.
