Prospective Collaborators from Industry/Business

Welcome to the Faculty of Engineering & Computing, DCU.

We have a vibrant research environment and currently collaborate with a range of SMEs and mutlinational companies.  DCU's commitment to collaboration with Industry/Business and commercialisation of research is emphasised by the presence on campus of Invent, DCU's commercialisation gateway.  This €9.3 million innovation centre currently houses 25 start up companies and facilitates links between DCU researchers and external companies.

If you are interested in finding a collaborator for a research project, we suggest you follow these steps:

If your research interests correspond with one of our researchers, contact them directly to discuss your project. Enterprise Ireland, SFI and the European Union 7th Framework Programme all provide extensive funding for collaboration between our researchers and industry/business.
