Faculty Forms and Documents

The Faculty currently has a derogation in place which enables us to recruit PhD students who do not meet the official English language entry requirements. Supervisors who wish to avail of the derogation should complete a supervisor support letter, which can then be added to the student’s PAC application.

Academic staff who wish to take a sabbatical, or avail of Faculty Research funding, should complete the Research Career Development Roadmap. Once complete, this form is given to the Head of School.

All departing PhD students are required to complete the Faculty exit form prior to leaving DCU. Students complete this with their supervisor and all completed forms should be submitted to Irene McEvoy.
