DCU hosts wide range of interactive events to celebrate STEPS Engineers Week 2021

Robots, 3D printing, smart devices and sustainability are just some of the themes of the events that DCU is hosting as part of STEPS Engineers Week 2021. These free virtual, interactive events have been specifically designed for secondary school students and to inspire Ireland’s future engineers.

STEPS Engineers Week 2021 is an initiative organised by Engineers Ireland that will take place from Saturday, February 27th – Friday, March 5th. It’s Ireland’s biggest celebration of engineering in the community and it encourages young people, their teachers and parents to explore the creative and limitless world of engineering and the diverse opportunities a career in the sector can offer.

During Engineers Week the Faculty of Engineering and Computing at DCU will be showcasing the exciting and innovative research and activity happening in the University. Follow the action on social media using #DCUEngineering
