Insight Photography Competition
What’s your age?
DCU Intergenerational Learning Programme and DCU Fotosoc invite you to submit photographs to their competition, funded by Ashoka U and Photowings. You don’t need to be a professional photographer to take part, all enthusiasts are welcome, from all generations, using any type of camera.
What does it mean to be young? What does it mean to be old? Is it just a number or is your age more than that – does it define you? This photography competition requires you to take a photograph that symbolises your age.There are three prize categories that your photograph may win: best photograph by an older person, best photograph by a younger person and best overall photograph. Entries will be judged on the basis of their creativity, relevance to the theme and the quality of the photograph.
Competition Rules:
- Maximum of three entries per person
- Entrants must submit photos in JPEG format and the file size must not exceed 3MB
- You must be the sole owner of the work you submit
- We reserve the right to display your image in exhibitions and feature it on our Facebook page and blog
