Melissa Campbell

Ethics of Large Language Models

Melissa's research focuses on ethical issues arising from Large Language Models. She received an applied social data science postgraduate diploma from Trinity College Dublin, and before that an MA in film studies from University College Dublin, and a BA in philosophy and politics from the University of Warwick (UK). She has taught languages since 2012, and previously worked in finance.

Melissa is also interested in music, and volunteers with the Malahide Young Musician competition and the Young Dublin Symphonia youth orchestra. She writes a blog on ancient science and ancient metrology (www.mercurialpathways.com.) She was educated in France, Spain and England, and born in South Africa
