Coaching at DCU
As part of the leadership development strategy, DCU has developed a panel of internal coaches to support those recently appointed to leadership roles or aspiring to such positions. The internal coaching panel supports our strategic goal of increasing the emphasis on staff talent development through the expansion of our coaching and mentoring programmes.
Internal coaches will have completed formal training and are qualified as Executive coaches.
Coachees will be identified by the Senior Management Group and will include staff members, who are at, or aspiring to, a senior position within the University. Coachees may also be current managers seeking support in further developing their leadership and management practise.
