Emerge
Overview
Emerge is a new professional development programme for DCU colleagues in Professional 3 (P3) and Professional 4 (P4) roles who are seeking to challenge their personal and professional growth.
The programme was designed as a support to the launch of DCU's Professional Development Framework and focuses on the key skills for challenging yourself and thriving in your career.
The programme is a blended learning journey that includes:
- 5 development workshops (in-person)
- The opportunity to role shadow another colleague
- Development conversations with your line manager
- Coaching call with Learning & Organisational Development
- Optional development modules
The programme will commence in September 2024. A total of 20 candidates will be chosen from across the three campuses to take part in the programme.
Target Audience
The programme is open to colleagues in Professional 3 (P3) and Professional 4 (P4) roles with at least 3 years’ service.
