Target Audience: Staff taking on the role of programme chair and those providing administrative support to programme chairs
Aims of workshop:
Part A (14:30 - 15:45) hosted by the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs (OVPAA) aims to provide:
- an overview of academic governance & regulations at DCU
- an understanding of the roles and responsibilities of the programme chair in a DCU context
- an awareness of the annual cycle of activities of a programme chair
Part B (16:00 - 17:00) hosted by Student Support and Development (SS&D) will provide information on:
- SS&D services and developments for 2022
- Policies and supports
- Training
