Reviewer Information
This training programme aims to provide Reviewees with a greater understanding of the
University’s PRD scheme and equip them with the necessary skills to maximise the
benefits of the scheme
The Reviewer navigation sheet should be read in conjunction with the Planning & Preparation documentation. It will guide you through the PRD process and give you some useful tips about how best to approach the meeting and how to get the most out of the review discussion with the Reviewee. It can also be used as a ‘checklist’ to help you complete each stage of the process.
You should consult other relevant University documentation which may support your
review discussion including:
o The University Strategy
o The DCU HR Learning and Development Website
o Compliance Training
o Quality Review Plan for your Department
o Academic Development and Promotion Framework
o Professional Development Framework
o Research Career Development Framework
o Any other relevant documentation which you feel will inform your discussion with
your Reviewer.
To kick-start the PRD process, you must first access the PRD form via CoreTalent on
the Manager Dashboard. Further information about CoreTalent is HERE
