- The Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) - The EAP is a confidential support service, designed to support all DCU employees and their immediate family members to resolve personal or work related concerns. The service includes a Support Hub that provides instant access to a range of information, guidance, screening and intervention tools, tailored specifically to help care for your wellbeing.
- New Staff Orientation - This Online Orientation is designed to provide new staff members with an introduction to the DCU Community, our history, strategy values and structures. It will also provide staff with lots of information on the supports available to them - no matter what their role.
- Equality, Diversity and Inclusion - DCU aims to develop a diverse community that is resilient, accomplished and adaptable and which creates a positive impact on our students and society.
