6th April 2020

Course Duration: 1 Day - 9.30-5pm

All staff

Aims of the course:

This workshop provides an introduction to Project Management for those either unfamiliar with the methods or in need of a refresher. • recognise how to communicate a plan to stakeholders and teams
    • complete basic budget estimates
    • understand what's involved in managing resources
    • recognise the methods for identifying, prioritising and managing risks and deal with issues and complications
