DCU to host National Moot Court Competition 2022
This year's National Moot Court
Each institution can enter a maximum of 5 teams with teams comprised of 3 students.
Entry deadline: 5pm, Monday 24 October 2022.

Entrance fee: €25
Written Submission deadline: 5pm Friday 4 November 2022.
Prizes: There are prizes for the Winning Team, Best Speaker in the Final and Best Memorials.
This year's problem revolves around the tort of nervous shock. Students are required to prepare written submissions for the Plaintiff/Appellant and written submissions for the Defendant/Respondent. Students will deliver oral arguments on 19 November at the Criminal Courts of Justice.
