Academic biography

Charlie Halford is the Project Coordinator at the Dublin European Law Institute and DCU Brexit Institute. A graduate of DCU’s School of Communications, he is currently pursuing an LL.M. in European Law.

Charlie has extensive experience managing high-value projects funded by Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, and the European Social Fund. He has worked at institutions in Ireland, Slovenia, and Portugal, successfully coordinating a range of educational projects. At the Institute, Charlie is responsible for overseeing project delivery, organising events, and promoting Institute initiatives.
