Academic biography

Charlie Halford coordinates research projects at the Dublin European Law Institute and DCU Brexit Institute, including Jean Monnet Networks, Centres of Excellence, and Horizon Europe initiatives that examine Europe's future. His work brings together scholars and institutions across Europe through projects including PROSPER, COMPETE, REBUILD, and ALCIDE. He holds a degree from DCU's School of Communications and is currently completing an LL.M. in European Law.
